Kondoleansbrev till den drabbade församlingen i Pittsburgh
Med anledning avden fruktansvärda attacken i går mot synagogan Tree of Life i Pittsburgh, där 11 personer dödades, har Judiska Församlingen i Malmö skickat följande kondoleansbrev till Tree of Lifes ordförande:
Dear Dr. Sam Schachner,
On behalf of The Jewish Community of Malmö I would like to express our sorrow after the atrocious attack at the Tree of Life synagogue. I want to convey our condolences to our Jewish brothers and sisters in Pittsburgh and say to you that we stand together in the grief for the innocent victims of this murderous and antisemitic attack on Shabbat. The community of Malmö stands together with you in the struggle against the scourge of antisemitism. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims’ families, and we all hope that the injured recover quickly and fully.
May the Omnipresent comfort you among the rest of the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
